In this research, we examine CR-lightlike submanifolds $(CRL)sub_{M}$ of a Golden semi-Riemannian manifold $(SR)_{M}$. We obtain some interesting theorems on CR-lightlike warped product $(WP)$. We also construct an example of CR-lightlike submanifolds
